A legacy field workforce running on carbon paper and manual data re-entry, refactored into a high-velocity digital engine with automated financial ledger pipeline integration.

The brief sat embedded within administrative friction: 100 remote engineers moving fast, but their billing telemetry traveling via physical internal mailboxes. Weeks of latency between site execution, wage calculation, and client invoicing.

By engineering a robust, offline-first data platform, we structured the field layer. Legacy operational bottlenecks were promoted to real-time digital policies, unlocking immediate cash-flow velocity and setting the bedrock for downstream automation layers.

Infrastructure & Vision AI

An asynchronous submission loop relying on manual SFTP file transfers and UNC network drives, refactored into an AI-augmented secure portal with automated document extraction.

The brief exposed a classic administrative loop: applicants submitted paperwork via SFTP; internal staff downloaded files to local network drives, manually keyed records into a CRM, and passed compliance errors back and forth through manual uploads.

By wrapping their infrastructure in an AI-first web layer, we eliminated the ingestion bottleneck. Submissions are now autonomously screened by Cognitive Vision Services, transforming error resolutions from days to minutes and enabling the business to scale horizontally.

Serverless & Multi-Agent Orchestration

A fragmented consumer onboarding pipeline reliant on manual video calls and unstructured emails, refactored into an asynchronous, multi-agent conversational engine operating over SMS and WhatsApp.

The brief confronted high operational churn: qualifying properties for hardware installations required collecting precise electrical telemetry, cable run distances, and physical structural clearances. Human loops were bogged down chasing fragments of data across disorganized media channels.

By deploying an event-driven AWS serverless architecture running goal-based AI Agents, we automated data extraction directly at the source. The system autonomously structures technical property criteria, filtering out unviable leads and isolating high-intent clients for human engineering teams.
