The Core Achievement

Project Nexus is the fundamental refactoring of a highly distributed, paper-reliant field logistics network into a real-time digital infrastructure. Before intervention, the client ran physical work cards, manual logistics loops, and triple-entry bookkeeping to support over 100 remote field engineers. An enterprise-grade React front-end communicating with a high-performance .NET backend now stabilizes an ultra-high-margin pipeline for a large construction services network — £65.6 million in structural business value processed across 164,209 digitized jobs.

The Bedrock Challenge: Structural Latency

Rigid validation gates replaced variable human reporting — exact GPS parameters, network-synced timestamps, and mandatory multi-angle photographic evidence.

Media Optimization Core / Azure Storage Blobs

Streamlined processing and indexing of 746,415 high-resolution images. Media offloads instantly from local clients, passes secure authentication gates, and lands in optimized Azure Storage Blobs, linked relationally inside MS SQL Server for zero data-orphan risk.

High-Performance Services / .NET + MS SQL

An enterprise-grade API layer built on .NET. Raw field telemetry payloads are automatically unpacked, calculated against complex legacy labor and wage rubrics, and queued for approval.

Fringe Isolation Engine / Deferred Sign-off

Safely caches state data on the device when an authorized site inspector is unavailable, allowing subsequent re-visitations without losing prior technical inputs.

Remote E-Sign Portal

Surfaces collected field data instantly to a secure external web layer, auto-generating a remote validation link emailed directly to corporate decision-makers for immediate off-site authorization.
